Logistics is the main core of our business. Our staff is formed in Hamburg/Germany, with over 30 years of continuous experience in Brazil and  10 years of experience in Latin America.

Our proposal is to offer a true “door to door solution” to our clients, relying on competent partners around the globe added to a small and so extremely flexible organization, but nonetheless big enough to master and perform as expected.

An important part of our clients are overseas forwarders, for whom we act as their branch in Brazil and South America.

In import shipments we commence our service when the cargo arrives at seaport (CFR) and can offer the whole logistic chain up to the final consignee  (DDU,DDP). This includes Terminal handlings, deconsolidation, inspections,  stripping, truck-/rail-/barge -loading alongside ship, combined or direct transports through all continent and corners of Brazil, warehousing, custom clearance, and discharge and positioning at the importers plant or construction  site, beyond others.


 
In export shipments we act with the same accuracy, coordinating all the 
documents for a fast and trouble-free custom clearance, pick up at exporter,  making the packaging and palletizing if needed through the whole shipment operation itself. All in close contact with the destination forwarder, so all documentation is correctly made and send without delays, avoiding problems and headaches when the cargo arrives at destination port. 

     We count also on a team of engineers and technicians to dismantle or 
     install machines or production lines with guarantees, that are able to act
     also overseas if the client wishes to keep the dismantling/installation process

As Europeans we are aware about the Brazilian “fame” of always having extra costs surprisingly popping up in the last minute, so even more we make it our top rule to offer an guaranteed all inclusive price  and honor it, obviously the shipment details should stay the same!

 
Hanseatic is an independent and privately owned family business, and we don’t make exclusive partnerships in our logistic-department as part of our total flexibility principle.
Absolutely obvious that we respect and totally support the exclusivity of a shipment or a trade-lane.

We do have different shipments from the same origin with different agents, but
every operation is worked totally for itself, and  no information whatsoever is
passed to other partner than the rightful one.
Also sales leads are treated only with one partner chose by the best fitting profile.
